This past Sunday our Dolphins earned their fourth win of the season, at home, in a hard fought game against the Oakland Raiders. The real victory though was the support from the fans, Dolphins alumni and current staff on this day as we inducted the late Jim “Mad Dog” Mandich into the Dolphin Honor Roll.

Growing up in South Florida as a lifelong Dolphins fan, it was an incredible experience to be a part of the induction for Jim Mandich. He was an iconic sports figure in South Florida from his days with the Fins to his involvement with many different charitable organizations. The riders and volunteers from the Dolphins Cycling Challenge were also honored in a pregame ceremony as a check for $1,070,000 was presented to the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Getting to be a part of two important moments in Dolphins history, and celebrate another home win, will forever make this game extra special for me!
