There Is Nothing Like A Miami Dolphins Home Game - Sam's Rookie Blog

There's absolutely nothing in the world like a Miami Dolphins football game. The cameras, music and Dol-Fans all make the experience priceless. On Sunday, October 4, I experienced my second regular season home game as a rookie cheerleader. It was such a beautiful day in South Florida and the crowd was so pumped! There was so much energy coming from everywhere including the team. We won the game, and not by a little, but by a lot. What a perfect day in South Florida!

Aside from winning, it was a beautiful game dedicated to a beautiful cause. Everyone, including the players, cheerleaders and fans was wearing pink. Breast Cancer Awareness month is a very important month to me, so the fact that we were wearing pink jerseys and were able to hold the huge pink ribbon at half time made me so proud. This game was truly dedicated to everyone who is fighting, has survived or has passed away from this terrible disease.
