Ronnie Brown isn't the only person who spends his Sundays soaked in sweat. Cheerleaders work hard, too. While you might not realize it, inspiration and perspiration go hand in hand. Pretty hot, isn't it? No really, it's hot down there! That's why it's so important for us to make sure we're drinking as much water as possible for all four quarters of the action. But replacing our body with lost fluids isn't the only reason you should be drinking water as often as Ronnie reaches the end zone. H2O is beneficial for a number of other reasons, too.
Water will provide you with more energy and a better outlook on life, not to mention the improvements you'll see in your skin. When you're properly hydrated, you'll notice a more radiant tone and a healthier complexion. So whether I'm drinking water to stay hydrated, to stay energized or to keep my skin looking healthy, it's critically important in my job as a cheerleader to make sure I'm fit and focused every time the Dolphins take the field. That way, if the fans start to show fatigue, I'll be there to provide the inspiration they need - even if it requires a little perspiration along the way!
